When can people go on holiday in The UK?

In England, the “stay at home” rule will end on 29 March. But holidays within the UK won’t be allowed until 12 April at the earliest. That is according to a report from the BBC https://www.bbc.com/news/explainers-52646738

In terms of choosing to stay in accommodation it means that ‘Hotels and B&Bs won’t yet be open for holiday travel, and people will not be able to mix with other households.’

What are the current rules arriving from Overseas?

Taken from The Gov.UK website https://www.gov.uk/uk-border-control ‘If you’re travelling to England you must either quarantine in the place you’re staying or in a managed quarantine hotel for 10 days because of coronavirus (COVID-19). What you need to do depends on where you travel in the 10 days before you arrive in England. You must also get 2 coronavirus tests after you arrive in England. You’ll need to book these before you travel.’
